At SELVRA, we are committed to delivering premium skincare products with the highest quality standards.
Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or tampered skincare products.
Eligible Returns
A return or replacement request may be accepted if:
* You received a damaged or leaking product.
* You received the wrong product.
* The product was defective upon delivery.
Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
* Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
* Share your order number.
* Provide clear photographs and an unboxing video showing the issue.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Replacements
If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
